These terms
These terms apply to your use of this website. By using it you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What the site describes
The site describes Trysquare, software we are building and intend to offer. Descriptions of features, examples and plans are given in good faith but may change before or after launch, and nothing on the site is an offer to sell or forms a contract. Using Trysquare itself will be covered by separate customer terms.
The organisations, people and figures shown in examples and demonstrations are illustrative. They are not customers and do not describe real deployments.
Using the site
You must not:
- use the site in any way that breaks the law
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, the servers it runs on, or any system connected to it
- introduce viruses or other harmful material
- use automated tools to copy, scrape, submit forms on or put an unreasonable load on the site
Intellectual property
We own or are licensed to use the content of this site, including the Trysquare name, logo and design. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other use, such as copying the content to another site, needs our written permission.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the site available and accurate, but it is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors or up to date, and we may change or withdraw it at any time.
Links to other sites
Where the site links to other websites, those links are for your information only. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for them.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or anything on it, including loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Your personal data
Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal data when you use this site or contact us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes with them, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
